Baked Parmesan Artichoke Dip

What I enjoy watching the Super Bowl commercials every year.


  • 1 can quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup homemade Mayonnaise
  • 1 box Melba Toast


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Spoon into 1-quart glass baking dish.
  4. Bake until very brown on top, about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with melba toast.
