Fitness Friday: MOVE YOUR BODY!

It’s Friday & there are no excuses! Move your body!

Go for a walk on your street. Go for a walk in the mall. Climb up & down the stairs in your house with a kitchen timer set for 10 minutes. Stand up & sit down over & over again from a chair at your kitchen table. Anything to get the blood moving through your body at a faster rate of speed.

You are the only one who can get you healthy & keep your mind & body strong! It’s not your doctor’s job! It’s not your spouse’s job! It’s not even your personal trainer’s job, if you have one. This is your job! So get moving!
