Fitness Friday: Take A Step!
Knowing that the calendar would interfere with my weekly trainer/workout routine, Greg & I have been meeting on Mondays after he puts DH through his paces.
I know yesterday was Thanksgiving Day & you probably ate more in one day than you usually do in an entire week, but that is not an excuse to sit on your behind! It is, in fact, an excellent reason to get up right now, stretch & take a deep breath. Now open the back door & take a step outside. Then take another step…& another & another!
